Hi, Thank you for shopping Barberry Co. When you purchase a physical product, you can return with in 15 days and send me a message and picture of why you want to return the item. When you purchase a digital download, there is no returns. 

Exchanges- you can exchange your item for store credit and you can put the credit toward the item you want to buy.
